CURRENT SOLUTIONS
One way in which Parkdale has become a part of bringing change with food deserts is by creating a garden alongside with the foreign language teachers. Fruits such as apples have been grown in order for the student body to feel free to eat them. This motivates children to try to change their eating styles by implanting fruits and vegetables.
